This initial course, preceded by a FREE Training Needs Analysis, will furnish your trainers, or your client's trainers, with an excellent introduction to the world of facilitation skills and other trainer methods that are particularly effective for imparting Knowledge, Skills, Demonstration, Understanding and Ability in Adult and 'Post 16' Further Education. An intensive but deeply rewarding course where all of the foundation concepts will be addressed in an appropriately humorous and entertaining way.

Taking the next step, all of the facilitative methods will be revisited and explored in greater depth, culminating in a Live Training Session including full debrief.
The Teaching Time can be accumulated to count towards obtaining your 'Certificate in Education' or other Teaching Qualification.
